Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secures your date. Without it, we can’t guarantee availability.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the setup date.

Setup & dismantle

• Setup time depends on design (starting from 1h30m). Please ensure the venue allows enough time. If setup has to be rushed due to limited access, an extra fee may apply for the additional effort.

• Takedown will be done the same day right after the event(maximum 5h after event starting time)unless agreed otherwise.If the event duration exceeds the maximum limit (5 hours)additional charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

• We know plans change, but materials and dates get locked in for your event.

• • 14+ days before the event → Refund minus 30% of your deposit.

• • Less than 14 days before → No refund, but we can reschedule if possible.

Venue Access & Setup Conditions 

• Our pricing is based on reasonable access to the setup location. Additional charges may apply where access is restricted or requires extra labor and setup time, including but not limited to:

• Stairs or multiple flights of stairs

• • Long walking distances from the loading area to the setup location
  • Limited or unavailable parking/loading zones
  • Freight or passenger elevator delays and restrictions
  • Difficult access to upper levels, rooftops, or remote areas
  • Venues requiring multiple trips to transport equipment and décor

• Please advise us of any access restrictions when requesting a quote. Failure to disclose access requirements may result in additional charges being applied before or on the event day.

Outdoor Setup Fee

• Outdoor setups require extra care and effort — from extra material, manpower to weather protection — to keep your decor looking beautiful.

• A 10% fee is added to all outdoor setups to cover this extra care.

• We’ll always do our best to keep your décor looking beautiful outdoors, but please note that wind, rain, or hot weather may affect the setup during the event, as weather is beyond our control. 💨🌧☀

Communication

• To ensure your event looks perfect, all final details (theme, colors, venue access, etc.) should be confirmed with us upon order confirmation.

• Once these details are finalized, any requests for changes may incur additional charges, and modifications will be subject to availability.
